    I’ll begin:

Scandbook Holdings is a book printing business with quite decent fundamentals. Balance sheet seems OK, some growth, decent gross margins. Looks like there’s a couple of majority owners, not sure if they are insiders (if not, the insiders hold something like 11% of the company). Not liking the preference shares that the majority owner is holding, tho.

Don’t think it’s possible to be more boring, really. Have anyone looked into this company, or know anything about the industry?

Hard to see a clear trend in the figures. 2020 seems great. I would put the fair value at about 180mSEK in a SNAP valuation. The cash flow is often quite a lot better than net income, but guess investments will be quite large when they need to upgrade the printers.

At what prices would you buy ViacomCBS and Discovery? Both down about 50% from previous highs this year.

Viacom raised 2,6B USD last week, so that worries me a bit.
